What a perfect break from the craziness of the Medina of Marrakesh and the perfect r&r on our Morocco trip. Hidden up in the mountains, only an hour from Marrakesh we spent two night at this magnificent property. The house is yours to explore and enjoy. The living room, the huge pool, chill out areas, numerous couches indoors and out, rooftops, rugs, fireplaces, board games and on top of that our room was huge, well appointed and with views for days. Zineb, the owner is a woman who loves to look after people. There was a constant supply of homemade (with home grown or local produce) plentiful, delicious and healthy food. This was some of the best we ate in Morocco. Her and her team made every effort for us to be super relaxed and enjoy our time. It was a wonderful treat. Book it!

What a surprise! Just outside the village in a narrow traditional gravel you road you will find this beautifull spot. Behind the big walls is a massive building. Actually it is a small local Maroccon farm were they have their own veggie garden, sheep's, goats chickens etc. From the menu you have choice off different salads, pizzas, couscous and traditional Taijines. All fresh made. They serve you around the swimmingpool, or on the 2 seperate outdoor terraces, with a great view over the area and atlas mountains. Same story for the continental breakfast. Rooms are big, tidy and have aircon. (And good wifi) A hidden gem!

Beautiful villa hosted by a lovely family. I stayed for one night on a cycling tour. It was ideal for me. Spacious, clean, well equipped, and with a lovely garden. It was easy to find. Set back from the main road, so very peaceful. I had a good night's sleep, and the breakfast served by the family was delicious. The family are on hand should you require anything, but they respect your privacy. I would highly recommend it.

The farm is beautiful with various animals, including a peacock, and crops. The pool is also lovely, and the greenery and grass are well-maintained. The host is usually available by phone, and if not, his father is there to help. There's also a friendly gardener who lives on the property. Despite living on-site, the gardener respects privacy. His place is accessible when assistance is needed but is located away from the pool and main villa, ensuring both accessibility and privacy. It is not far from Marrakech; the road to Ait Ourir village is close and accessible via at least two routes, but the road is narrow and has many potholes, taking about 10 minutes. Maps and Waze don't usually work well, so it's better to ask the host for directions, as the address on booking sites isn't updated. We discovered a better road to Marrakech at the end of our stay: when you leave the farm, turn right at the main road, keep the water lake "Zaraba" on your left, then take the first left. From there, you can use Waze or Maps to navigate to Marrakech. For directions from Marrakech using this route, it's best to ask the host.

The guesthouse was warm and cozy, nice and quite garden. We were served delicious food and Florence was a good help to find out excursions to the atlas village. The balloon trip was very close to her house. I hope we can come back !
