The beaches are fine, with sunbeds and umbrellas costing about €15 in most places, which isn’t bad. There are also areas where you can rest on the beach and use your own things without anyone saying anything. There are plenty of beaches along the coast and lots of food options. It’s generally quite clean, though, as always, you will find spots that are a bit dirty or look poorly maintained. Overall, it’s okay and a good place to stay if you want to travel north or south. Just remember, traffic can be horrendous – if you get stuck, it could be for a couple of hours. I couldn’t complain about staying there; it was nice, and there were no idiots on the beaches, no people begging. It felt very much like Croatia, except the maintenance could be better. Yes, I would come back here, but I think it will take a few more years before it reaches the point where it could be considered a “luxury” destination. At the moment, there are a lot of hotels being built, and more attention to maintenance and cleaning around the buildings and yards would help attract more financially stable customers.Guest review byPawelPoland - 10.0

Budva is an absolute gem on the Adriatic coast! The city is bursting with life and offers something for everyone – from the enchanting Old Town with its centuries-old walls and charming narrow streets, to a variety of beautiful beaches. Jaz Beach stands out with its lively atmosphere and events, Ploče Beach impresses with crystal-clear waters and excellent facilities, while Hawaii Beach on the small island nearby feels like a true escape. Everything is within walking distance, and the evening promenade is especially enjoyable.
