Great destination for romantic holiday. Good restaurants, a lot of clean beaches, good size town, everything was accessible by foot, but enough things to see. A lot of stairs and climbing. Amazing place, some strongholds to see, some natural miracles like blue cafe and Kotor's bay. Somehow hard to drive in there, for the one that got used to broad roads and flat countries :). I loved the charm of the old town and the walkway right down at the water. So many lovely restaurants and bars and everyone was so friendly. Hosts very welcoming, but gave privacy. Good location to visit Perast and we took a boat out. Also took a trip to Dubrovnik and also Trebinje in Bosnia. Lots to see in Herceg Novi too.
