Everything was brand new and in excellent condition. It was high end at a very reasonable price. If you're thinking about booking this place, just do it. We've absolutely loved it and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Quiet, secluded, comfortable bed, clean. It has a small kitchen and nice outdoor seating area. Just off the main road, 10 min from the coast. Many domestic animals on the property, but in a separate area - so it is up to you if you want to interact with them. Great hosts, who welcomed us with home-made grappa & juice and treated us with breakfast in the morning. Nice area for walks on the mountain road and for hiking on the mountain.

Tamara was an amazing host. She picked us up at the bottom of the mountain. You can't get there if you don't know where to go. She guided us the way up and showed us the apartment. Amazing view. Far from the tourist bustle but easy to reach if you want to. Tamara was flexible regarding our arrival which was amazing as the road took a bit longer than expected. Thanks so much. It was a great stay!

I couldn't recommend this place more!!! Truly perfect location with amazing and breathtaking view of Boka Bay. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owners who were amazing, polite and welcoming. We truly felt like home. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. Big thanks to the owners, I will most definitely book again!

It was an incredible experience! It's a shame we could only stay for two days. The room was large and spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom seemed new. The stone walls made us feel as if we were staying in an ancient castle. The internet worked perfectly, with a consistent speed of about 30 Mbps, which was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated that the owner preserved the old door and window, unlike some others on the same street who replaced theirs with unattractive plastic versions. Of course, it's worth highlighting that the room is located on the city's main attraction – a historic street, which added to the charm. We were greeted by a charming and polite young lady, whose warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

    Cheaper place on the Montenegrin cost and afordable to swim and later eat and have a drink and have good enough accommodation. If you have a car you can go to Perast, Kotor, Herceg Novi, Tivat, or by bus as well.

    Nice small place, great with family with children.

    Nice small place, great with family with children. Small beaches, nice and quiet. City center is small but has a nice park and you can find great cafe with excellent cakes. There are restaurants on the seashore that has nice food. There is also museum "Rimski mozaici" that we didn't visit cause it wasn't working but we heard it is great.

    We were once again very happy with our stay at the hotel – this was our second time here. The addition of the coffee machine this year was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. A special thanks to Ivan, the owner, for his kindness and attentiveness – he truly made us feel at home. It’s always a pleasure to stay in such a welcoming place. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

    The apartment was very comfortable- had enough space for a family of 4 and was very well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay including a well stocked kitchen, enough towels, washing machine. The town of Risan is lovely, located in the middle portion of Kotor Bay and we had good access to grocery etc

    The property is near the centre of Risan a lovely spot on the Bay of Kotor. We were one floor up from ground floor with a good view of the sea. A better view would be 2 floors up.
