I wholeheartedly recommend this new hotel! The welcome was very warm, made us feel like at home, valued and safe! It boasts an excellent location and offers everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful, kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We arrived at the hotel very tired as we had traveled from Tivat Airport. Upon arrival, we discovered that paying by card would cost slightly more, so it's good to have cash if you want to pay the exact amount stated on Booking.com. Initially, we encountered an issue with hot water but decided to resolve it the following day. Meanwhile, I contacted Booking.com's customer service to cancel our reservation, but the hotel owner sorted everything out the next day. Despite the initial issues, our stay turned out to be one of the best experiences we've had, and we’ve traveled quite a bit. The staff were perfect, and although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, everything was fresh and delicious—just enough to satisfy us. The cleanliness was impeccable, and during our last days, we were fortunate to have the place to ourselves, including the pool, which was cozy and clean. Food and cocktail prices were quite reasonable. I owe the hotel an apology for trying to cancel the reservation and simultaneously want to express my gratitude for such a wonderful stay. It's a family-run business, and I can guarantee that these people are genuinely committed. I wish them all the best and hope they will always have plenty of guests.

I recently stayed at Mashtra and had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was fantastic with chill vibes that made me feel right at home. The natural surroundings were absolutely stunning, providing beautiful views and a peaceful environment perfect for unwinding. The staff was awesome — super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made my stay even better. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect. It's close to everywhere you want to be, making it super easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay at Mashtra was a perfect 10/10. Highly recommend!
