The hotel and restaurant were both very welcoming and comfortable. I had a medical episode and the staff went extraordinary levels to help me. Their manager, Kaed even stayed overnight with me in the hospital so that he could act as my interpreter. That was beyond any service that I could expect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ampazony Oasis Lodge in Madagascar, and it was an experience that surpassed all my expectations. I've watched sunset from Signal Hill in Cape Town and thought nothing could compare, but Ampazony Oasis Lodge proved me wrong. The staff's care and attention made my stay even more memorable. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home, allowing me to rest and reflect in peace. Originally, I planned to stay for just one night, but the beauty of this place and serenity it offered compelled me to extend my stay. The location by the ocean and Corniche were very nice. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff very helpful. The pool was bigger than most, and a great place to spend a few hours relaxing. Good value for the price.

    We are grateful for the hospitality of Norbert and Natalia, taking care of everything we could have imagined. They were helpful in arranging a taxi from the airport, getting us oriented in Mahajanga, calling tuk-tuks, ordering meals, and arranging for us a boat trip - simply said all we could have imagined to need. The place is quiet and well-maintained. The Seaview is fantastic, especially during the sunset.

    Lovely stay at Chateaux Yolande! I came to Mahajanga for work (meetings and field site scouting in Grotte Anjohibe) and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Clean rooms, wonderfully welcoming hosts, easy (and free!) airport transfer, excellent WiFi, and shockingly good Italian food in the most surprising location! I would stay again.

    Almost everything, I have been staying at this hotel since 2019, in past I had issue with the toilet, but they have made an effort and have improved the toilets decoration, well done.
