The overall Palacios experience is great. Excellent location, good staff is plus. We booked a family room and for the first time, I did see kids slippers, bathrobs, toiletries... made special experience for kids. Aqua world and pool was great. Complimentary shuttle service worked well ... overall superb experience.

Jason at Reception arranged a free upgrade to a Premium Suite and we checked in early as the Suite was ready . Jason from Reception was also extremely helpful, and caring. And we also had a fruit basket and a Snack box for our Welcome gift from Manager Dean Wan. The hotel location was great close to Fisherman's Wharf and the Ferry Terminal. Also there were free shuttle buses to Cotai Strip and to the Border to Zhuhai. Chris from Concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us plan our daily trips around Macau.

The staff was extremely helpful and happy to do so. They could also communicate in English efficiently. The facilities was large, clean and aesthetic. The pool had washrooms that includes saunas, hot tubs, showers, toilets and an area to get ready (which was stocked with utilities). The rooms was also extremely spacious with a city view. Overall, it’s worth staying at for the relaxing sensations and high end treatment.

This is the best hotel I have ever visited abroad. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed. Moreover, the room condition and bedding were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the spa facilities were pure relaxation. I visited to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and thanks to the team, we created unforgettable memories.
