The breakfast spread was amazing, so my hats off to the lovely and pleasant kitchen crew! I appreciated how central the hotel was and the lovely view from the balcony (which over looks a restaurant and all the tourists). Despite the central location, it was very quiet at night. The owner is kind and considerate and very accommodating. Other excellent amenities: the wi-fi was strong and consistent, the lighting was bright but not harsh, the shower pressure and temperature were great and the kitchenette is everything you need for a short stay.

The position is the best you can wish, just in front of a free parking place and 50m from the Mdina. You just literally have to cross the road. Breakfast was at a beautiful restaurant nearby very kind and available to all our requests (absolutely vegan friendly). The room was big and clean, the terrace was so nice with sunbeds and the Jakuza was really a touch of perfection. We used all the nights back from the visits and it was just amazing to relax under the nightsky. Milli is so kind and lovely, you can't desire for better, I guarantee it to you

The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were all very clean. It is right in the middle of Rabat and Mdina so everywhere is walking distance. Breakfast is really good as you get to choose from a menu and it is cooked fresh there and then. We really enjoyed the stay!

    The buildings are lovely.

    The buildings are lovely. There's plenty of places to eat and local sightseeing. The only thing I would comment on is that there aren't any large shops(that we came across, anyway). Lots of small convenience stores and bakeries but only the basics. If you have hired a car or don't mind getting buses to bigger shops then it's a non issue. It wasn't a huge deal anyway, we really enjoyed our stay.

    Rabat is a fascinating city.

    Rabat is a fascinating city. Make sure you visit Mdina; the catacombs; St Paul’s Grotto; & Domus Romana. Stay at Rabat and it’s an easy walk to the old city of Mdina. It’s lovely to walk around on a balmy summer’s evening - a magical place.

    Rabat was a pleasant surprise .

    Rabat was a pleasant surprise . It was very pleasant to wander the lanes of the old town , lots of nooks and crannies. Plenty of places to eat and drink , all types , also little shops that you could miss if no time to explore. Locals very friendly and helpful. The place is well serviced by public transport to all other areas of Malta, making it a good place to stay away from the busy crowds of Summer.

    A completely different side to Malta from Valletta.

    A completely different side to Malta from Valletta. Rabat's main attraction will always be its proximity to Mdina, but there is plenty to enjoy in the town, including some great pastries and restaurants and the fascinating underground shelters and catacombs. It is also the best place to stay to get to Hagar Qim and Dingli. Definitely don't miss Publius Parruccan Confectionery.

    There is plenty to occupy your time in Rabat - Mdina for three days. Valletta is only a 30-minute bus journey away where you can continue your sight-seeing. There is a also a direct airport bus to Rabat.

    Rabat is less overwhelmed with hordes of tourists than Valletta and Mdina - although the latter is only a few minutes' walk away. Plenty if excellent places to eat. Quiet and peaceful. Everything is within easy walking distance.

    What a fabulous villa, so much space in a lovely quiet area, we had a fab week long holiday - had intended to hire a car but ended up not bothering as just enjoyed chilling at the villa instead. Lovely and clean, plenty of towels, pots, pans, loo rolls etc. Host was very responsive before and during our stay - really appreciated, thank you Paul. Easy walk in to Rabat and Mdina and there is a choice of shops locally. Lovely watching the sun rise from the top floor. Highly recommend Villa Sunview ❤

    Beautiful decor, in a quiet location within the middle of Rabat. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We had a beautiful private balcony overlooking the square. Every detail of the decor had been considered which made our stay feel quite special. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. The hotel is environmentally friendly and we were happy to do our bit too by separating our rubbish. Would recommend for a place to stay which feels a little bit different.

    Gorgeous apartment, really nicely decorated and designed - super comfy bed and fully kitted out kitchen. Great location a minute walk into the centre of Rabat and lovely to have a roof terrace too for that bit of extra space. The host was on hand for any questions I had and was sooo accomodating, really really recommend.
