The staff was very kind and friendly – especially the gentlemen who served breakfast. The hotel was clean, smelled nice, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh bed linen and towels replaced. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide selection.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and loved every minute of it as it felt like home away from home. When we arrived we were welcomed by the super friendly staff on the reception desk Mara who I can’t thank enough for her kind hospitality always making sure we are comfortable in our stay, furthermore I had a bit of a situation where I left my laptop adapter in the room when I checked out and only found out when I was at the airport, I reached out to the hotel when I found out and Mara thankfully managed to send it to me by a BOLT - she’s super star! The room itself was impressive; very spacious with large balcony. The bathroom had a bath and very good sized shower. The location is excellent nearby all the nice spots in Paceville. Would definitely return back again!

The property is in a very good location and very strategic place as the bus stop is three minutes walk away. The hotel was super clean,breakfast was superb and being a vegan I was able to find bits and pieces to eat.- I had booked myself a double room with a back on h and sea view and upon checking Marie got me to a surprise that I’ve been upgraded to a Privilege Double room with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. Must say the staff were super amazing haven’t felt so much love in a hotel and so upon extending my stay for one more day as I had activities to finish i extended and got me a double room with no balcony and no view. As I got ready to pack and leave my beautiful room to the smaller room I got a call that o could keep my room and that melted my heart as I was already comfortable and didn’t have to pack and unpack. Alison amazing receptionist who was always smiling and welcomin,Marie another beautiful soul and Supervisor Javier for letting this gal keep her room,. Alison,Javier and Marie bless you all for making my stay amazing .

The hotel is located in the most beautiful area of ​​Malta. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Fitness room, sauna, indoor pool and outdoor pool are available. Two shopping centers are nearby as well as many bars and restaurants. It is very pleasant and everything is within walking distance. The bus stops (St.Julian and Ross) are only 5 minutes away and are usually not very busy (February 2024). The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The older gentleman (Savior) is always in a good mood and ready for a short conversation. He asks if everything is okay and if we need anything. My warmest recommendation for this hotel will definitely come back.

The staff was great. We were welcomed with the largest smile every morning @breakfast by Tamari (and breakfast was also exquisite). Front office and consierge colleagues were also very helpful, offering solutions for every question. Special thanks for the front office manager Mr Kanaway!

A stylish hotel full of hospitality – highly recommended! What I loved: ・Exceptionally hospitable and friendly staff ・A varied breakfast with fresh fruit, salmon, and more ・A bus stop right in front of the hotel, with easy access to Valletta and other areas ・Clean and comfortable rooms ・Rooftop pool and terrace with a stunning view of Spinola Bay When my airport bus was delayed, I rushed to the hotel in a panic and asked for help. Despite my anxiety, a staff member named Ojo responded quickly and appropriately, arranging a taxi for me and ensuring I made it to the airport on time. I highly recommend asking the hotel to arrange airport transfers, and for anyone visiting Malta, I strongly recommend staying at this hotel!

We were upgraded to luxury bay suite and it is stunning room with exceptional views and sounds from the sea right across the balcony. The staff and breakfast were just top notch . The indoor pool and gym is huge and very well maintained . We traveled with our 11 month old baby and the property provided the vacation exactly what we were looking for .

I really enjoyed my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and bus stops, which made getting around very convenient. The host, John, was very accommodating and made the experience even better. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I will definitely stay here again.

It's a lovely area with some great views around the bays and...

It's a lovely area with some great views around the bays and coast. However, it's also party central, and while it's concentrated in a small area of St. Julian's, it might not be for all. As it's very compact, you're not very far from anything or anywhere, with walking distances not too much. There's also good and regular transport links to other places close by too.

It was a mistake from my side.

It was a mistake from my side. I wanted to see Malta, Valletta, Birgu, Medina, etc. and not an industrial touristic, discotheque and shopping every day. Long time to reach those places disregarding taxi or bus. I should have chosen location in Valletta. Choose it if you want discotheque.

St Julians is a bustling tourist spot with plenty of shops,...

St Julians is a bustling tourist spot with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. We can recommend Biancos and Peppinos to eat and Happy Days for a quieter drink. You can easily catch busses to the airport and the rest of the island from Spinola Bay.

Perfect for groups of friends, couples and families too.

Perfect for groups of friends, couples and families too. Many places for party, but you can find also lovely bars and restaurants. The bay is just amazing, lovely view from the terraces. Bus stop for airport shuttle and for all organized tours; you can take a nice walk by the sea and also have the chance to visit the casino.

Like most of Malta St Julian's is under significant...

Like most of Malta St Julian's is under significant redevelopment. We did not feel that the developments under construction fitted with either the traditional buildings of Malta or St Julian's and a lot of character has been lost. Whilst the current development does not impact on your stay at the hotel, the development of Malta as a Country has to be taken in to consideration when you choose Malta as a holiday destination. I personally believe that the chosen path creates a great destination for the younger generations but not so much for the older generations.

If you want to party or stay in the middle of the action in Malta, this is the hotel for you, we liked our room, a typical room for this type of hotel, a nice small pool on the roof of the hotel with a great view. I liked the gym and the courtyard in front of the building where you can have breakfast in the morning and a drink in the evening.

The new luxury bay suites are very nice and spacious. The location is excellent - right in the heart of the busiest part of Malta (with all the nightlife, lots of restaurants and shopping) - but the hotel is on its own peninsula - recessed enough that its vey quite. The breakfast and food at the restaurants was also excellent

This is for sure our best deal for hotel in Malta, everything from the reception to room, restaurant Zest in the hotel, roof for chilling. If I will ever come to Malta again. The location couldn’t be better and the view from the balcony and roof is amazing. I will definitely stay here again.
