The hotel is pretty new, and the beds are very comfy. Amenities provided are good, and the indoor swimming pool is a great option for non-summer dates. I was travelling in January and there was enough parking spaces in the internal parking every day. I'd recommend this hotel for budget stays. Great service and modern commodities for a fair price.

Everything was super nice: room quality, cleanliness, breakfast. And I especially liked the helpful staff. William, who met us at the reception, was not only very nice and positive, but also suggested some great things for our short visit. Very professional :) I highly recommend the place!

The best hotel employees I've come across, every greet & service was with a genuine smile, professional, friendly, and perfect English. Proper breakfast. Great interior and is clean everywhere. Both swimming pools are pleasant. The spa & gym area is neat. The extra safety door lock, so they can't just open the door from the outside when you're in your room. Perfect location; you can shop, rent a car/scooter, many restaurants, a boba tea shop, out for a dance or drinks, all within a 1 km radius. And you are not going to be bothered by this lively and safe area when you're in the hotel (noise). Beautiful view from the rooftop or when your room is on a high floor (ours was on the 10th, which was the highest for the rooms). The extra attention I got on my birthday from all employees made me feel very special. Thank you, Valentina (concierge), Markus & John (front desk), Julian & Viktor (doorman), Anamika (housekeeping lady), and all the bars, restaurant, and spa area employees for making our stay extra special, we appreciate you!

    when we arrived the apartment was not ready, we had to wait...

    when we arrived the apartment was not ready, we had to wait outside the building for 30 min, we called the phone - no answer, we ringed the door - no answer... even we informed owner what time we are coming, as well we texted as soon as we landed.... lets say terrible service... apartment itself was ok but very noisy cause its on the main street and traffic all night long
