We recently had the pleasure of staying at KOA and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The staff at this hotel truly set it apart. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, was marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering thoughtful touches that exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were impeccable—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is a testament to the dedication of the entire team. A special thank you to Utam, Kavi and Dess for their outstanding service. It’s rare to encounter such a passionate and committed group of people, and they made my stay unforgettable. Lovely hosts, we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Also the place is wonderful, a gem inside the Forrest. The chalets and the place itself are created with very much love for detail and nature. Definitely a place to come again when we visit Mauritius next time.

Wonderful stay! Hospitality at its best. Stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip in Mauritius. We concluded after the tour of the island that thw beaches 10min walk from here were the best ones of the island as there waa no one there, just empty paradise. Véronique and Frédéric create a home-like feeling, everything is just super comfortable and cozy. Delicious brekkie every morning. We also dined here every night and it was so good local food. Buses run right next to the place. The waterfalls are 15min walk away. Lovely pool!
