Everyone is hospitable, kind, and helpful, from the chef and the cleaner to the owner. The food in the restaurant is top-notch and quite affordable. Once, I didn’t like my meal, and they refused to charge me for it, which is something that rarely happens in Europe. Essentially, Europe should learn the principles of hospitality from the people of Mauritius. A warm recommendation for Le Pole! P. S. Chef from Kongo is making best cocktails! Great guy

Veranda Gran Baie really surprised us. We where in our honeymoon and we found this first location really nice, close to NJoy for dancing and to local market places. The hotel staff was super attentive and kind, we felt that they where at all details trying to make our stay as memorable as possible. Also, the evening shows and drinks at the bar where wonderful! We loved our stay at this hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Azur Paradise Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine smiles. The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay plus the view was just breathtaking! The rooftop and bar area were definitely highlights perfect for relaxing with a cocktail while enjoying the sunset. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety of fresh options. The location is also perfect: close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the personalized service. The team truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I highly recommend Azur Paradise to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Mauritius. Can’t wait to come back

We liked everything: the warm hospitality, the cleanliness of the place and the atmosphere. The owners are incredible nice and very natural. Le Mandala is near to the best beach of the island, much better than Flic en Flac. It is also very near to very good restaurants, especially Luigi in the Mall. As a whole, we felt like at home. We recommend Le Mandala super super warmly.

Auberge Miko is a self-catering, budget style lodging, not a 5-Star hotel on the beach. It is however a very close walk from the beach and a number of restaurants, in the centre of Grand-Baie. Rooms have A/C and a kitchen and and offer good comfort and value. It was the perfect place for my exploration tour of Mauritius. What makes Auberge Miko really special are the hosts, Vivek and Lena (as well as Chili), who make sure that every expectation is met and are always available for excellent advice and support as required, without ever being intrusive. They offer a real sense of genuine hospitality and care, which is rare and was much appreciated.

Hotel standarts are so high. Rooms are new, super clean, well designed and are just in front of the beach so you only walk 2/3 mins to reach the pool/beach. Beach was super clean, there were no seaweed as we say some other hotels have. Most importantly, the location was perfect as it is in a bay in Grand Baie that makes sea color so bright turquaz that i never seen in Maldives, Seychelles, Zanzibar etc. Waterski + bottom glass boat trips are included to the hotel price.
