Well equipped. Very clean. The owner cleans the common area and the bathroom every day. Peaceful neighborhood. In the evening you can watch the stars nad bats. Balcony is perfect place for coffe. The hosts very helpful.

My stay at Shanti Ghar Guest House couldn't have been more perfect: Zack & Yelena are awesome hosts who give the best (local) tipps for things to do in Tamarin and around (and help you organize different activities for yourself), tell you which restaurants have the best food and are ready to help you at all times in general. The guest house, outdoor spaces and my room were beautiful, clean and super cozy - definitely the best place to stay at in Tamarin! Next time I'm in Mauritius, I'll definitely stay here again :)

All good - spacious, comfy, clean, good location, safety, good (wired, not these airtel boxes) and fast wifi. Good beds. Big TV. All the equipment (kitchen, fridge, aircons, water-heater, fans). Roof access, magnificent view from the above. Several aircons, balcony, safe parking. Host is very welcoming and warm, he was helpful in all cases
