From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. All good - spacious, comfy, clean, good location, safety, good (wired, not these airtel boxes) and fast wifi. Good beds. Big TV. All the equipment (kitchen, fridge, aircons, water-heater, fans). Roof access, magnificent view from the above. Several aircons, balcony, safe parking. Host is very welcoming and warm, he was helpful in all cases
