From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. LUDOVIC, the personal training is high level professional which combines: competence and focus. It was really a pleasure to be guided by him. I learned techniques for life. It was really a pleasure to stay at Royal Green. If I could, I would stay more. Certainly I will be back with my family. I fully recommend!!

It was a beautiful brand new apartment, very well furnished. The host Cicily was very welcoming and she continuously went out of her way to accommodate us. From organising travel to making sure we have all the things we needed on our stay. Cicily went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be coming back again.

    Staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel not linked to online taxi service . I paid for the taxi through Hotel Booking .com and did not get service neither di they give back refund . The book taxi website is not helpful when it comes to accessing the taxi service
