From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The island itself is peaceful and beautiful, with friendly locals adding to its charm. The food at the hotel was exceptional. The chef consistently impressed us with delicious meals and took the time to personally ask how everything was, ensuring our dining experience was always top-notch. Additionally, the staff's assistance with our luggage at both check-in and check-out was greatly appreciated and made our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the combination of stunning surroundings, excellent service, and delicious food made our stay truly wonderful. Highly recommend!

An absolutely unforgettable stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness by the entire team. The establishment is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and you immediately feel at ease. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and perfectly equipped, and the overall atmosphere is both warm and soothing. Everything is done to ensure you can relax and enjoy yourself to the fullest. But what really stood out from our stay was the quality of the food and, above all, the chef's talent! A very special mention goes to him, because he doesn't just cook delicious dishes: he goes out of his way to please you. He's attentive, always smiling, and capable of preparing absolutely anything you want. He adapts to your whims of the moment, even at the last minute, and each dish he offers is delicious, generous, and prepared with passion. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to the chef, for this stay that will remain etched in our memories. We will return with great pleasure, and we recommend this hotel without any hesitation!!!!!

We only had 4 days and picked Huraa because it is close to...

We only had 4 days and picked Huraa because it is close to the airport. A very bad choice. The island is absolutely not nice, full of trash, nothing is taken care of, even the bikini beach was a huge disappointment, dirty, broken sunbeds, only 6 umbrellas. No cafes, restaurants anywhere. The only nice place on the entire island is the Pearl Sands. It is a hotel, but you can pay a daypass to use their beautiful private beach including a very a good lunch. That place saved our vacation.

Huraa is a simple village, with smiley people and a simple, relaxed living. There are some constructions in progress (January '25), but it's not a problem: when people works, there's a bit of mess around, it's normal! Don't worry: the beach, the restaurants and the guest houses are ok and the people are very kind!

Huraa is a very quiet island and we felt very safe.

Huraa is a very quiet island and we felt very safe. The family beach was pleasant and generally very quiet. Otherwise there is nothing much to do on the island. You have to go to the main touristy islands if you want more to do. There are very few restaurants in Huraa all serving similar food so eating out was very limited for choice. But if you want to go somewhere off the beaten track, Huraa is ideal. It's easy to walk round the whole island.

Mietek Sweden 10

Mietek Sweden 10 I had a pleasant, relaxing and friendly stay with insigths to the life of local community. Huraa is located at comfortable distance from Male and airport. It has frequent connection by speed boats both ways. Transportation to the nearby resorts can be arranged at reasonable price. Great local restaurant Harbor. Staying at Courtyard I liked hospitality, flexibility and readiness to assist and adopt breakfast to my wishes concerning contents and size. Courtyard provided transportatin to and from the harbor and the boats. And the best, the owner, Iku, always ready to help and assist with arrangements. It felt like I met a friend. Huraa fitted all my needs, a quiet, basic, off beat base with easy possibility to visit mondain "all inclusive" resorts with bars and international cuisine.
