I'm on the point of departure with a heavy heart to leave the Kandhoo Island because I've spent a fantastic week at Dohani guesthause All the staff are very friendly and attentive, the rooms are lovely and very clean, and the various activities on offer meant that our stay was never dull. Many thanks to Husaam and Rappu for always doing their best to make our stay unforgettable, and to Sanjeewa for her excellent cooking. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. I already miss Dohani Guesthouse, kendhoo island

This was a 10/10 experience! It's a small inn run by locals and the location is excellent. From arrival to my departure the owners and staff were so kind and helpful. It was like I had personal butlers ready 24/7 to attend all my needs. I can't stress this point enough! The rooms were minimal and clean and The food was good and affordable. I went snorkeling at the islands housereef and the owners arranged pvt excursions to sandbanks and nearby uninhabited islands. This really was the Maldivian vacation of everyone's dreams. I want to start my review with gratitude to Inthi, his family and his assistants Dinidu and Pradhap, who helped me adapt and feel comfortable during my vacation on the island. I want to note that this place is not a resort, it is a place about solitude with nature, I was lucky to be the only guest on the island where I learned real zen and tranquility. Life on the island goes its own way, calm, measured, nice and gentle people, some people welcome you. The island is small, has everything you need for a quiet life, there are a couple of cafes, several shops, stock up on ruffs if you want to buy something outside the guesthouse. What about the Guest House itself, I was very pleasantly impressed by this place, qualitatively and tastefully designed and decorated. About my room, it was clean, it has everything you need, I liked the terrace place with a fountain on the third floor and there is also a dining area, I liked the breakfasts, dinners, there was always something to choose from, the room was always cleaned, great thanks for the bottled water, it would be hard without it in a heat weather. The beach area is spacious, the umbrella and the louse have already been waiting since the morning, there is a main entrance to the ocean and a shallower bay, I managed to meet in the ocean and sharks and turtles and other fish. Thank you Inthi for the kindly provided family evening barbecue, where I tried local perch, every evening I saw off beautiful sunsets. I was lucky with the weather, it had almost no rain all week and I enjoyed the sunny days. This was my first acquaintance with the Maldives and this island, I definitely want to go back, I will hope that they will be waiting for me there too.

Everything is as done to the highest quality. The staff were friendly, engaged with their job and super well trained.

This is a brand new hotel that ticks all the boxes! The staff is very friendly and helpful with setting up transfers and arranging excursions. The hotel has a gorgeous roof terrace with a stunning view of the sunset over the ocean. The rooms are very clean, modern, luxurious and built with exclusive materials. There is a restaurant just across the street of the hotel that serves the breakfast and also have lunch and dinner. The island is very quiet with only a few tourists. The bikini beach is located approx. 5 min walk from the hotel. If you want to, you can get a ride from the hotel staff. The hotel supplies sun beds and umbrellas. There is beautiful snorkelling on the house reef just by the beach. During my stay I saw both stingrays, sea turtles and sharks and of course a lot of different and colourful fish and corals. There are some local shops where you can buy some snacks and essentials. Bring cash, preferably MVR, but USD works as well! I really enjoyed my stay and I wish Mohamed and his team all the best with their new and beautiful hotel!

I was here on Jan'2024 and everything was perfect. Very cozy small hotel with beautiful rooms and magnificent views of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and they made us feel relaxed and calm. The hotel is located on a small calm beach with a rich reef. The island is small, cozy, and amazing people live on it. My advice: 1) visit the fish market late at night to see stingrays and even sharks that come here for food 2) try a coconut drink at a local cafe 3) try a traditional Maldivian dinner or lunch at DFC Restaurant

We were with a child and stayed in the hotel for a week. The hotel staff is wonderful, any issue is resolved very quickly. Husham Poky and his marine team is just a dream team! The manta safari was great and unforgettable! The hotel is beautifully located right on the beach. The beach is clean and very nice. The reef is very close and the snorkelling is very convenient - diverse sea life! We took full board and it was the right choice, all the meals were delicious and adapted. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely come back !
