We liked everything. Such a nice, unique experience. The accommodation has its own cenote, very nice lit during the night. Clean, great wifi connection and very well equipped.

What can we say about this stunning hotel?! By far one of the best we have stayed at. The architecture, style, the food (possibly the best hotel restaurant we’ve ever eaten at), the pool, the beach, the spa…everything was pretty much perfect. We had quite a windy day during our stay, which resulted in quite a few mosquitos in the bathroom - hotel services were incredibly quick to come to the room and remove these for us. The bay itself is so picturesque and serene - being a bay, the waves never get too rough, which is perfect for the activities that come as part of the price. All of the staff went consistently above and beyond and little extras like providing a packed breakfast/lunch whilst we were out on early excursions were lovely touches. Amazing, amazing hotel.

VR Club is a property recently reopened under new management, and as they are establishing themselves, the price was a fraction of similar resorts in the Tulum area. I expect that cost to rise much higher after a year. The buffet is delicious, and the staff throughout the property are all super friendly. Samy at the front desk was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Rooms include a Nespresso machine, which was a great perk to have in the morning.

The place is gorgeous. Very quiet. The private beach, rooms are beautiful and very spacious, with comfy beds. The staff is incredibly friendly, Angel at the reception, Giovanni that makes very nice cocktails, and Alfredo who gave me a lecture on mezcal :-). Watch the sunset from the deck is a must.

Such a lovely Italian hostess, Lilla. She gave us a warm welcome, took us to our room, and explained everything. We had a fan, ac and a window that actually opened.! Lilla services the rooms daily, with fresh towels. She provides a very affordable laundry service and there is a cute cafe downstairs.
