Hotel was very nice! We ended to extend our stay. All the facilities were good. Breakfast was great. Wifi worked well. There is about 10-11m long swimming pool with warm (around +31c) water. Kitchen was good. Shuttle bus goes once per hour but for us it was a bit unclear how long it takes and if it combined with other hotels so we took taxi instead.

Amazing quiet Place, beautiful garden to sit, short 10 min walk through a beautiful neighborhood into the heart of the City or Frida Kahlo House The room is very big and charming. was impressed by the beautiful exterior surrounded by lush vegetation. The minimalistic interior, combined with its prime location near local shops and restaurants, made for a perfect stay. I stayed in Elements for two nights and it was a superb experience. Everything from the communication and email responses, staff members, breakfast and room was of an excellent standard. I was given a very large and spacious room that was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable for a very reasonable price. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke English (as I sadly don't speak Spanish). In particular, a staff member names Juan went out of his way to help me ensure a smooth departure from the hotel and helped with communicating wth my Uber driver etc.
