This hotel has a perfect location, just a short walk from the old town, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. The hotel itself is cozy and nicely maintained—ideal for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is perfectly located in the town centre. The staff is very friendly (from the staff at the reception to the bellboy and the guy at the parking). The room is very roomy :), clean and pretty much soundproof (you could not hear the traffic or the other guests). The hotel has parking, and I read in some other reviews that it was hard to drive in, but to be honest, it was not, I am not a great driver, but if you have some complications driving into your spot, there is a guy that can help you, so no problems there.

We liked the room, the pool, the quiet courtyard, the proximity to the Centro, the free on-street parking, the people who care for the place, how friendly and kind everyone was to us as foreigners, and how well maintained and beautifully designed the Hotel Casa de Piedad is. There is a wonderful long promenade along the waterfront that is invigorating, for a stroll or a run, with memorable water views of the vast Gulf coast just a few minutes walk from the property.
