- Location and area - the small and clean gym - Edgar, the concierge, was amazing when I needed help getting my passport from a different hotel in another city. He worked really hard and was very smart in solving a tough problem with the other hotel. Edgar was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and smoothly. He knew exactly what to do and made sure I was happy with everything. I'm so thankful for his help and I would tell anyone who needs a great concierge to go to him. - David was also very accommodating in other topics. The rest of the staff also seem to be very focused and well trained to ensure good service

was impressed by the beautiful exterior surrounded by lush vegetation. The minimalistic interior, combined with its prime location near local shops and restaurants, made for a perfect stay. This place is really ! An hotel close to everything. People are really nice and everything is really new. This hotel got A/C, it’s very clean and on top of technologies. I spent really nice days there. The neighborhood is really nice with everything at proximity. You are really close to Chapultepec, el Angel, etc. I did that by foot.

The location is exceptional. It is close to everything. The staff were very helpful and pleasant from the moment I stepped out of my taxi. The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely. The room amenities were exceptional. The bath towels, the robe, the shampoo and conditioner, the toothbrush, the slippers, everything was wonderful. The shower was fantastic. The refrigerator was stocked with water, sodas, beer, and there were plenty of snacks available for the tired guest. All food items and drinks in the room were available at no extra charge. The beds and sheets were top notch. So nice, so comfortable. The room had no exterior city view. There was a window with an interior view which was fine as the pleasantness of the room and offerings more than made up for the lack of an exterior view. How much time am I spending in the room when I am on vacation, not much. I mostly want a comfortable bed and a pleasant place. The Alest is wonderful. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and if you wished you could have your breakfast brought to your room at no extra charge. Breakfast was exceptional. I ate in the lovely dining area and service was wonderful. Wonderful boutique hotel. Staff was excellent. Hotel was comfortable and inviting after a long day of touring. Check in was at 3 and check out was between 12 and 1 pm. Fantastic Place! 10/10
