The staff was so professional. I also liked that they were very patient with us the check-in time was at 12:00 p.m. but I did call and let them know that I would be getting there very late like around 10:00 p.m. but I did end up getting there at 11:30 p.m. and they were so nice they waited for us and even held our rooms for us and gave us a good view of the beach. They were easy to speak to they did have someone in bilingual. The rooms are really clean and also when we got room service it was pretty fast and easy they also made different types of food from tacos to Pizza and if they didn't have it there they also have the option of ordering it for us. Also the housekeeping was fast and professional none of our stuff went missing. The hotel is also walking distance from the beach like literally I want to say like 20 steps away from the beach that's what I loved about that hotel and the price was great because we did check prices around that hotel and that hotel seemed to have the best pricing. And the parking was good they also had parking on the bottom of the hotel they had the entrance on the side to go to the bottom of the hotel they had kind of like a mini parking structure in the bottom and then they also had parking on the outside if you didn't want to park on the bottom of the hotel and it was gated and it was also secured I liked that they had a security 24 hours taking care of all the vehicles even in the nights. Also you can tell that the hotel is getting a lot of updates a lot of the floors and the rooms look very updated from the last time that I did go.

after i booked the room i read reviews that were very negative so i was worried but when i got there and saw the property for myself it was beautiful the staff was very friendly the security was awesome there are 2 security check points one off the main street when you turn in to the property and one at the gate i loved that specially since i was travelling with my wife and kids the villa was beautiful remodeled and when you go out to your balcony the beach is right there!! and i loved that they even roped off the beach i felt very safe and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and newly remodeled the pool and jacuzzi are old and the water was a bit dirty but they were remodeling that area when we were there i dont like how they charge 600.00 deposit at check in it took my bank 5 days to return the funds back to my account but i understand why that security deposit is so high being in rosarito and you get alot of 18 year olds that go there to get drunk and party alot of them cant afford to pay a 600.00 security deposit which is good for travelers like us that are travelling with our families that just want to come out to relax and eat good food

The room was beautiful, comfortable and had an amazing view with a terrace outside to enjoy the sunshine. The location was great-just 45 mins taxi from Tijuana airport and 10mins walk to the beach and some cafes and places to eat. I didn't have a car so was glad I could walk to some places. The breakfast I had was amazing, wish I had time to have it again. I enjoyed the hot tub at sunrise too.

Absolutely stunning property with incredible views of the ocean. We loved how warm and sheltered the balconies were and we had a brilliant time spotting pelicans and pods of dolphins below.
