I wanted to go to the market and the plaza, but the traffic, particularly the bike and motorcycle traffic, were seriously dangerous. Very crowded and not picturesque to see (what I saw). I changed plans and departed for the hotel. But, if looking for places to eat, I recommend Los Plebes, an outdoor covered restaurant with great food and good service between town center and the airport.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, but I didn't like the cleanliness; the pillows had a very unpleasant smell, the bedspreads needed washing, and the towels were very, very old.

I only used the hotel for an overnight stay. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, with a Denny's restaurant just a few meters away. The pool is very nice, with a view of part of the city; it's covered and heated. The hotel has a delicious breakfast buffet.

It's a fairly comfortable hotel with modern, spacious rooms at a very affordable rate. The Wi-Fi works well, and the gym is small but functional. The restaurant service is good, and the food is reasonably priced.

A very peaceful place, less hectic than Guanajuato, cheaper, and more comfortable. I recommend eating at the market behind the church, at Fonda Aurora; the food is excellent. The hotels here are better, have parking, and cost about the same as in Guanajuato, and are only 25 minutes away. Visiting the Cristo de la Montaña is great, and it's even better on a clear day.

I like the swimming pool and fitness center. The swimming pool length is sufficient for a good swim and workout. This is the best swimming pool I have ever stayed at the hotels in Mexico. I will return to stay at this hotel next time if I visit Silao again.

We loved our room. Only stayed for a night so didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel fully. Space was great and roomy, we appreciated the kitchen area and had a great night’s rest. The breakfast buffet was pretty tasty too.
