I 100% understand why this hotel has such great reviews. The rooms are extremely comfortable & clean. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. The breakfast was small but very delicious and the location was perfect. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel is brand new and they did an amazing job - it is very beautiful. we received an upgrade and loved our luxurious room. The breakfast menu selection is amazing - you are in contact with guest service/owner (?) via WhatsApp and can choose from an amazing breakfast offer one day before. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with love by wonderful Lupita :) When our tour was scheduled too early for breakfast they made us sandwiches we could take to the tour! Also very cool - you have a code for the main door and you room, so you can’t forget or loose the key/card 😀 Thank you for our amazing stay on Oaxaca

Nicely designed hotel with very kind staff. Very clean and we found the bed super comfortable, some of the better night's sleep we had while traveling. The inner courtyard and terrace are also very nice and we enjoyed staying in Xochimilco.

This reservation was for my 88 year old father, daughter and son-in-law (so two separate rooms). Boulenc staff did everything to make them feel cared for and special, especially Gustavo, who helped them out on many occasions, even staying to welcome them due to delayed flight that arrived much later than expected ~ always with a cheerful demeanor and caring attitude. They loved the breakfasts and appreciated that there was fresh fruit and delicious pastries/bread available to them during the day. Tapas were available in the early evening. Rooms were cleaned and water was replenished daily. They reported that the beds were comfortable. They spent a lot of time on the enchanting roof garden, but when they ventured away from Boulenc, they were near everything ~ the Zocalo, restaurants, shops, even a grocery store two blocks away. My family had a wonderful time and look forward to returning!
