The whole stay was such an exceptional experience that overcame any expectations we could have had. Very personal service, with different dinner places in the cave of the cenote or around a fogata. We loved all of it and highly recommend it to any individual traveller. Where else in the world do you have a cenote at your doorstep? No noisy groups, no swim wests. Just pure bliss. Beautiful property, very stylish and nicely done. We had an early pickup on the first day and the staff kindly arranged a great take away breakfast. Food in the restaurant was great as was breakfast the next day. We loved the open shower and the treatment in the spa was one of the best I have ever had!

Antonio was so helpful and kind, thank you! He arranged a taxi service to drive us around for the day allowing us to visit two sites and two cenotes. There are several options available to different attractions in the area. He coordinated everything for us and our driver was prompt and professional. The hotel is a short walk to the bus station and close to the main square. There are many restaurants and shops surrounding, so you will have everything you need. The room was spotless and there is a small common balcony on the 2nd floor with an ashtray for smokers and a shared fridge on the main level plus water to refill your bottles.

Very clean. Staff was super friendly, they offered us many great tips for activities in the area. WiFi was fast and reliable (which was not the case in other hotels we stayed at in Mexico). Overall, I think we enjoyed this hotel the most of all the ones we stayed at during our roadtrip around Yucatán.
