Best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Very clean, excellent room facilities, good location just outside of the main tourist area. The staff, in particular Emma, were absolutely brilliant. We loved our stay and would love to stay again. Thank you SGI & Emma and her colleagues 11/10.

clean and spacious rooms- comfortable bed- very friendly and helpful staff- excellent location- This monument building completes the experience of such historical city. It takes you back in time and gives you the feeling of going back in history. The location can’t be better as it’s just next to market and city bar and restaurants . Staff are not only friendly but also very caring. They look after you land they take care of you as you are a family member. I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel and will go back there again with no doubt.

Everything. This is a superb family-run boutique hotel that is a living example of Peranakan culture. The house is a veritable museum, stylish, fascinating, beautifully kept and run with an attention to every detail. The breakfast is to die for: nyonya cooking and treats that just kept coming and coming. Would most certainly recommend.

really enjoyed my stay at **Heeren Street Boutique Hotel**! Location memang best gila – just sebelah Jonker Walk, jalan kaki less than 1 min dah sampai semua food & shops. Dutch Square and river cruise pun dekat je, very convenient. Hotel very clean and comfortable, tilam empuk, bilik pun fresh. They even ada water filter untuk guest, not many hotels provide this. Plus, ada pest control regularly and UV sterilization, so rasa safe and hygienic. Staff semua super friendly, siap tolong angkat luggage and bukakan pintu. Parking senang juga, ada big paid carpark kat belakang hotel, boleh masuk ikut pintu belakang terus. Overall, very worth the price. Suitable for couple, family, even pet friendly rooms pun ada. Sure akan datang lagi next time! Highly recommended 👍

The hotel is centrally located by the Clock Tower, all museums and attractions are close. Rooms are comfortable and have a large bathroom. The staff is very attentive and helpful: Dayah and her colleagues gave me all the information I asked for. Everything went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend JonkeRed for a stay in Melaka.
