Myra Hotel Mersing is a small hotel in the center of Mersing town. Location: Myra Hotel has very central and comfortable location. Bus station and ferry boat station/jetty were 10-15 minutes of walking distance from the hotel. ATM, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bank are just outside of the hotel. Room: I was provided with comfortable size room with window. There was a queen size bed with clean bedsheets and pillows, towels, an electric kettle, glasses, bottled water, a small console table with chair, a TV, an air conditioner, cloth hangers, a bedside table and a bench. There was an en-suite bathroom with hot water and soap. Walls in my room were dirty, with marks, stains and cracked in some places, but it was not an issue for me. I felt some humidity in the room. But I think it is a problem of all buildings located at the tropical sea shore. Free Wi-Fi internet worked very well in my room. I noticed water cooler/dispenser and iron board with iron in the hallway near stairs. I don’t know if it is for hotel guests or for somebody else. There is a deposit of 50 ringit. I don’t know for what, just know about it. Overall, it is a good place to stay for one-two days before/after going to Tioman island. You will have everything needed for modest but comfortable stay.

Like a top level hotel room. Gorgeous apartment. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Mersing. Owner was so lovely.

We had a comfortable night's stay - good mattresses and bedding; towels included. Hot & cold water dispenser. Good flush toilets. Strong showers. Very clean throughout. Parking for 2 cars in the compound. Electric gates.

Loved this place, large room, nice shower room, everything is very clean. Great aircon, drinking water and hot water dispenser. Loved the free snacks, host was very friendly and helpful. We have booked to stay again. We spent 3 days in Mersing and had a really lovely time. Close to bus station, ferry port, shops and restaurants.

The house is very clean and minimalist. Occupied with all basic facilities. Have three bedrooms. No issue for water supply. The owners are very friendly and offer us warm hospitality. We had a very good sleep here!!

The location is perfect if you plan to go to Tioman or if you do islands hopping. There are many shops, cofee places, a KFC, Pizza hut and local restaurants at walking distance. We have tried the indian MYL restaurant down few steps away and their chease naan are super great. The communication with the owner deserves a 5 stars! Very fast and clear and extremly helpfull. We have received pictures on how to acces the key and this was very helpfull. He supported us with the parking for the car, very helpfull when you are in a foreigner country😁much appreciated the support! Thank you
