The staff do try hard, but are not very well trained e.g in getting a taxi. I don't think the towel or bedsheets or quilt cover was clean because I itched. My skin is very sensitive to things unclean. When asking for extras or clean sheets, the staff showed a less than willing attitude to help. There were excuses offered. The location was the greatest thing about this hotel, within walking distance of great eateries. The bathtub well maintained and the bathroom is spacey. We loved it. The hotel is quite old but the management manage to maintain it well. In our room, we did not find any molds or dirty paintings. As the owner of few homestays myself, i understand it is very difficult to maintain old buildings like that. Congrats to the hotel management on that front. Everything about the room meets expectation and we enjoyed staying for 2 nights. We are able to park out car right infront of the hotel safely and there were eateries opposite and around the place.
