Town seems be well-maintained in terms of road and pavement maintenance, refuse collection and community buildings and signages. The nature, fruits and vegetables garden. Talking about Durians 😋 The outside space with small kitchen and fridge. Smoking area. big sofas to relax. On the very first night I had calamari & chicken from buffet...
On the very first night I had calamari & chicken from buffet, got food poisoning l, don't know if it was the calamari or chicken. Luckily partner didn't have any of those dishes, she was ok where I had to stay inside the room with bad stomach and the runs, couldn't eat anything for 3 days! Room is clean and bed very comfortable. All is new because they recently opened. The fan is silent and there are windows you can open in the evening to let fresh cooler air in. The family is so nice! They made breakfast, drove us to and from the ferry (20min walk but in this climate the ride was a very welcome gift) AND made a lunch for our long busride back to KL ! You’ll just need to bring yourself, clothes and food, can even cook here. It’s quite a distances from the town area. The service provided was fast and helpful tho it’s a last minute booking.
