We really enjoyed our stay, staff was fantastic so polite and helpful It's so handy to have 7/11 in the hotel lobby and the big shopping mall right next to it. Wich is you can enter from hotel right next to the 7/11 Everything was extremely clean and well maintained only one downside was bit far from central but if you have Grab app or your own transport you should be fine, because I didn't have both of that mafe it bit difficult for me If I vist Malaysia will definitely stay here again

Puvan and his staff at the reception were truly great. Very patient and polite even when I had similar questions each time when I had issues with my eSIM. They also helped with booking GRABS to places. Masood from the buffet bar and the door staff were also fantastic.

Loved the stay at there. In full the hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff in the lobby was polite and kind to me when i asked about their area and the places to visit, but mainly the stay was good and i slept well.
