If you are here for work, then its a good choice because Setia City Mall is within 5-10 mins walk, complete with pedestrian bridge connecting Trefoil Residence to the Mall. Bad experience. I never mind if need to pay RM100 for deposit but what im really disappointed is end up i can't get my deposit back in 24hours and they hold my deposit untill end of this month. Unresponsive host. Already transferred the booking fee and security deposit however host chose to not provide the check-in instructions. Did not pick up call, did not reply to messages on Booking and WhatsApp. Went to the address provided but no one is there to assist on the check-in, need to contact with the host.
