People were jumping in the swimming pool with clothes.

People were jumping in the swimming pool with clothes. No hygiene. Housekeeping staff was indifferent and rude. No Indian cuisine. When asked for cutlery in the room they said it's chargeable. Only 2 bottles of drinking water was provided each day

We were in the Club section of the hotel, which I think is nicer than the main part - but it is overall a very good hotel to stay at. We were close to the regional airport in Subang (purely accidentally) which is a long way from the main airport and not that close to downtown - so if you want sight-seeing and tourism it isn't the best place to stay. But we just needed a place to stay and it was great for that.
