Nice, friendly hotel with some of the windows looking right into the stables. The kids were extatic. Pleasant restaurant, helpful staff, everything was to the expectations. If anything, then I would have welcomed a bit of a change for breakfast selection, as we've stayed for 4 nights, but it was still ok.

The room was really clean ,really good installations ,nice and clean open bathroom . Amazing location situated in the middle of the forest ,quiet and peaceful . The staff of the hotel and restaurant was really friendly and good food in the restaurant . I reccomend it!

The accommodation was exactly what we needed, everything was clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice. We didn't use the breakfast because we were in a hurry, but from what we saw we are sorry, it was certainly very good. Parking is available a few steps away.

Helpful reception. Rooms were great. 15minutes walk from Efteling theme park, really appreciated the location especially seeing how crowded the carpark was upon leaving.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and all staff were very friendly. This was by far the biggest and best family room we have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable beds! Breakfast was good quality and had plenty of choice for everyone. The bathroom is a little dated but very clean and had all the facilities necessary. This included a separate bath & shower & double sinks.

We were a family of four and this room had two quite large double bedrooms. Both were clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate for the purpose of our stay. There is no parking on-site but the hotel will give you locations nearby where you can park for free. This is literally at the bottom of the street from Efteling, less than 10 minutes walk. Plenty of food options nearby too.

There's still a lot of room for improvement: better cleaning...

There's still a lot of room for improvement: better cleaning. The armrests were loose, check the lighting carefully, and there was no shade outside. The blinds hadn't been cleaned in a long time. They were gray with dust. Hair from the previous occupant was still in the bed and in the bathroom and toilets. The extractor hood almost fell from the ceiling, the glasswork was inadequate, the outdoor chairs were broken, and there weren't enough cushions.

The area is very peaceful and a good base for cycling.

The area is very peaceful and a good base for cycling. We ended up in Tilburg by chance. There was a huge fair there during the week of July 21st, and then there was Pink Monday (like the Pride Parade), which was fun to experience. Drunen itself seemed bigger than expected, with some great shops.

A neat hotel in a beautiful location at a very reasonable price. The exterior might not suggest much, but once inside, everything looked neat and clean. Very friendly staff, a spacious room with all amenities, and free parking. Breakfast is a la carte. My personal preference is for a buffet.

The Loonse en Drunense Dunes forest and dune area is a beautiful nature reserve for cycling, walking, or even horse riding. Drunen itself has ample amenities, including supermarkets, cafes, and shops. It's a lovely area for a week-long getaway.

Friendly host. Booked a romantic room. Plenty of room with a wonderful bed and comfortable chairs. Breakfast was excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room (with a small container of sweet treats on the table) and a refrigerator in the attic with (non-)alcoholic drinks at very reasonable prices. It was our first time at a B&B, so we had to get used to the shared bathroom (because there were other guests as well).

We didn't visit the village of Drunen.

We didn't visit the village of Drunen. The hotel is located in the woods on the edge of a beautiful nature reserve. You can go cycling or hiking from the hotel. The sand dunes are a bit further from the hotel.

I liked the remoteness of the location, it was super quiet! The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean and it was nice having a fridge. The hotel had a restaurant which we didn’t use in the evening as it was very busy, but we had breakfast the following morning before checking out which was lovely. The gentleman who took our order also said if there was something we fancied that wasn’t on menu, they would try their best to accommodate and make it for us.

The location is perfect. The hotel is situated to the national park and it is quite and very green. It has wonderful walking and cycling paths. It also has a river nearby that you can have your picnic or just walk and relax. The scenery is wonderful. It is not far from the town Drunen. You can go on foot in less than 15min. The hotel has also a nice restaurant with reasonable prices and very helpful personnel. The host is very kind and helpful.
