It was a lovely, clean, modern and airy house. Just the right size for the three of us. The village was quiet but has couple of restaurants, we only tried one of them and it was great. It was a good base for us to visit Antwerp, Ghent and Middelburg. Good cycling routes and a nearby nature reserve.

This was our second visit to this gem of a hotel on the border of Belgium and Holland. It's located near to Hulst and an easy drive to major cities. The restaurant serves good quality food both for dinner and breakfast, catering for my dietary requirements. Staff are very friendly and gave great service, even purchasing dairy free yogurt and other products from the local supermarket for breakfast for me. The room was spacious and very clean, comfortable and warm - it was very cold outside so it was lovely to go back to a cosy, warm room. There's all the usual things in the room; coffee machine, kettle, quality hairdryer, plus a fridge with water bottles added daily. A great place to stay!
