The entire thing feels really new and well put together! Styling wise it also looks adorable. • Everything is well taken care of and very clean. • Entrance had a separate space to hang coats, which I appreciated a lot with the constant rain in the Netherlands. This way the tiny house didn't get wet. • Living room/kitchen was styled nicely, and had all the essentials (tv, small cooking place, cutlery, coffee & tea etc.) • Bedroom was of a decent size for 2 people. There was also some space to hang clothes. • Bathroom looked completely new, had towels, proper mirrors etc. • Fresh linnens, towels and free condiments. • Spacious, lovely outdoor patio, with a cute seating area and a gorgeous view - if it doesn't rain. • If you're not a fan of kids: this might not be the place for you. Because when it's great weather outside, you can expect them to be around. Personally I don't mind - but to each its own.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is ideal, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and perfectly suited for our family of four. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the keyless check-in made everything smooth and hassle-free. We also highly recommend trying the breakfast before heading out to explore the city — a great start to the day. This hotel truly made our holiday special!

A great place to stay, across the train station of Leeuwarden, close to the city center, we enjoyed the comfort of the room, the bed was great, the cleanliness exceptional, the breakfast abundant with lots of fruit and vegetables, dairy and non-dairy options, a nice spacious lobby with many quiet corners... The location with in Leeuwarden was amazing. Parking was convenient and close by it was just a short walk down a very quaint cobble stoned street. The room was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional.

    This was a nice little house in the garden right by the main building. Had a microwave, fridge and a water boiler so you could make your own food. The owners were really friendly and made me feel welcome. Town of Stiens was a quiet and charming place to visit. Recommended.

    TOTAL SCAM, on Booking they appear to be in Amsterdam. You book it, then Booking confirms that the Hotel is actually in ANOTHER!!! NO Apologies, NO support, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
