A simple but lovely and comfortable place in a quiet rural location, with peaceful views of green paddocks with cows, sheep and horses - very relaxing to sit on the deck with a drink and watch rural life pass by! The hosts were very friendly and kindly provided some complimentary beer/wine and some yummy bread buns. 😋

We had travelled to Netherlands for our honeymoon. We had booked a stay at Botiquue Hotel Zaan. But we were unable to check in there. Since it was king's day the next day we were unable to get any availability. Last moment we found boutique hotel 43. Here the hosts are a wonderful couple. They were really really kind. Understood our situation and helped us through out. The place was neat, stay was pleasant, they also suggested us many eateries and places to visit. Thank you so much to both of you. The hosts very very welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Having difficult dietary requirements they used all their creativity to still give me a great dining experience. The table service was absolutely incredible; professional, enthusiastic and very informative and positive.     If this means the town itself, well, there are more historic...

    If this means the town itself, well, there are more historic and "prettier" Dutch towns but it has everything you need. The 'centre' is hard to find but there is a station from where you can get to Den Gelder, Amsterdam, etc. Bike parking in the station is NOT secure. There ARE NO CAMERAS anywhere. The supermarket, Jumbo, has a wide range of items. I ate twice at the restaurant 't Schippersrijk" and it is absutely EXCEPTIONAL. Love lakeside setting , nice ambience and excellent food and service. If you want to explore North Holland, then this is a good base.

    Perfect for our needs, a family of five travelling together. The beds were comfy, the heat pump kept us warm enough, we had brought sleeping bags in case we were cold overnight in April but we were fine with just the duvets provided. Good location to stay somewhere peaceful but close to visit Amsterdam. We parked one day at Uitgeest train station and went i to Amsterdam, very easily done and maybe around 30mins on the train, I can't quite remember. Kids enjoyed the playground on the site and the tent was a good stay for us.

    Millsight is an outstanding, as a conference organiser I stay in many hotels. The location is a little out of the way. Whilst only being a 10 minute drive from the train station it is quite difficult to get an Uber or a taxi through Bolt. The bedroom was wonderful, immaculately clear, a great size, contemporary design. The staff were amazing, very polite and incredibly helpful.

    New tents with all necesary equipment (air-conditioner, kitchen...) and comfortable beds like in hotel. Nice location for walking and cycling. There are two nice restaurants nearby if you do not like cooking by yourself.

    The location is great! The complex has a very nice vibe and you can find plenty of things to do around the lake or in Uitgeest. Our house was quite new and great for a small group of friends or family.

    Cozy little apartment with an extremely comfortable bed. Uitgeest is a nice little town. We slept with open window and the noise from the planes wasn't disturbing.
