I recently stayed at Notiz Hotel Leeuwarden and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere that set the tone for my stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to the city center yet in a quiet area, making it easy to explore Leeuwarden while still enjoying peace and relaxation. Room (10/10): The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful design details and the high standard of maintenance. Breakfast (10/10): Breakfast at Reastaurant was outstanding.. The variety was excellent, and hot dishes prepared with care. It felt more like a fine dining experience than a standard hotel breakfast, and it was truly one of the highlights of my stay. Service & Staff (10/10): The staff deserve special mention. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine hospitality made me feel valued as a guest. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. Overall Rating: 10/10 Notiz Hotel Leeuwarden combines comfort, sustainability, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Leeuwarden, whether for business or leisure. The breakfast alone is worth the stay, and the rooms provide the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility.

the room is on the first floor and is very spacious, we got an upgrade as i booked before we got the luxurious room. the hotel is situated next to a busy road, but if you leave the windows shut you wouldn't know! It is on walking distance from the centre(about 15minutes) nothing negative i can think of! We will be staying here again!!

This is a nice little hotel in a lovely setting. We stayed in one of the "cubes" which are set in a field backing on to a canal and reed beds. Some pleasure craft using the canal were only meters away. Breakfast and dinner were in the main (farm) buildings and were good, with emphasis on local produce. The "cubes" had good facilities, the Wi Fi worked, and there was ample room for a large dog.
