Just exquisite! The hotel is currently celebrating its 150th year🥳🎂🎉 In the best location looking at the sea. Step outside and you are in the heart of this picturesque town. The hotel is like being in a private club. Immaculately clean. Wait until you see how the breakfast is presented it is exceptional and delicious. We were in this house in July. There were four of us adults and a dog. A huge plus that you can bring animals. We were absolutely delighted. Despite the fact that in the photo the rooms look a little bigger than they actually are, the second floor and terrace completely compensate for the small sleeping areas. The owner also provides a boat and there are two canoes near the house that you can use, which is also a huge plus. From the house to the fjord on foot from 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the speed of the person, the place is very quiet and calm. Communication with the owner is also at its best, all the questions that we had during our stay and the country, the owner was always in touch and was happy to help. We were incredibly pleased and can only recommend.

    Due to a snow storm we were unable to make it to the boat in Kristansand and this was our luck. We were able to add 2 more bonus days to our holiday at the last minute. And a bonus was the stay at the very friendly hospitable hotel Lillesand for sure. Stayed 2 nights in the suite in the quaint, kest-decorated picturesque village of Lillesand. Highly recommended.

    Heritage hotel dripping with character right on the waterfront. Very friendly and helpful staff and wonderful food (dinner and breakfast). Easy dedicated parking available too. Ideal location for exploring Lillesand and surrounds - we wish we had had more than one night!
