I had a wonderful stay at Divine Kathmandu Hotel, located conveniently in the heart of the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Oasis Hotel is at the Kantipath entrance to Thamel, next door to the Garden of Dreams, two minutes walk from Himalayan Java coffee house and Fire & Ice pizzeria, and just metres from the new Chhaya Centre. There are also lovely restaurants, spas and minimart next door. Rooms are spacious, with good natural light and ours included a fridge which was a bonus. The bathroom shower was hot with strong pressure. The hotel has its own small Cafe and offers indoor and outdoor dining, although we only ate breakfast there. The complimentary breakfast buffet was reasonable. What really puts Oasis above other mid-range hotels is its customer service. The staff, especially the manager, are very invested in making sure you are happy and having the best experience possible! Nothing was too much of a problem, and our requests were attended to very promptly. Their complimentary pickup service from the airport was an added bonus.

    Value for money ,service oriented , the Bhutanese delicacy...

    Value for money ,service oriented , the Bhutanese delicacy was amazing , very traditional and authentic touch. Front office team was amazing and always helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful, spacious and all amenities placed tightly. The location is perfect close to Boudha stupa just walking distance and very peaceful and serene. Security staff very welcoming and professional. Very eager to come back to this property , I would highly recommend this hotel .
