We had great time in Hotel Traditional. It was our last stop in Nepal, we decided to stay in a nice hotel in Bhaktapur for the end of holiday. Indeed, this hotel was excellent, much more than what we expected. We loved the room style (exactly like the picture)and roof top to see the snow mountain. The location was awesome just next to Durbar square, we could enjoy the durbar square beneath our feet while drinking tea under the sun. The rooms were very clean, equipped with good houseware, bed sheet and bed cover were in high quality, and the bed, wow the bed was the most comfortable one we had experienced in all Nepal! Their food were delicious,and at same time with reasonable price, we had stayed in Bhaktapur for a few nights, we ate in hotel every night after tried couple of restaurants around, the owner and staffs always tried to feed us as much as they could, we must put over 5kg during staying with them, with their smile and kindly help, we did feel the warmness from heart. BTW, their tableware was in high standard too. Last day, we wanted to take an outlook picture of the hotel, we finally realized that our room was just right on the top of a beautiful peacock window ! Such an amazing place!

It’s beautifully positioned in a garden setting with views to the mountains , the staff are a delight very attentive and friendly , and the foods great . There’s a library , inner courtyard garden filled with flowering pot plants , upper roof terrace aswell as the wrap around gardens and a dining area, the whole house is well laid out, spacious and has a lot of charm .The rooms are large and airy , mine had a balcony , wifi is good and showers hot . It’s near the city and it’s also possible to visit a nearby temple further up the road . The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome , comfortable and enjoy the stay .

Very polite, good-natured staff. They will always be happy to help in any situation. The room is spacious, clean, with beautiful details. There were no problems with hot water 👌🏼 The only thing is that there was no hairdryer, but you can ask at the reception and they will give you one. Also, only 1 socket worked in the room, but they later brought me an extension cord. On the first day, I woke up late and didn’t have time to have breakfast and the staff easily prepared it for me. A small nuance is that after 22:00 the hotel doors are closed and the staff goes home. The guys then left the back door open for me if I was late 😁🫶🏼 On the day of departure there was a small problem with the post-terminal, which only accepts payment by Visa card, and I had a MasterCard. As a result, they walked with me to an ATM (in Bhaktapur they aren’t at every step), took a tour of the temple (behind the hotel there is a small temple where the goddess Kumari lives), treated me to delicious yogurt “Juju Dhau” (must try, it's the best yogurt I've ever tasted!) and helped me call a taxi (even though I didn't ask). What lovely people 🥹🫶🏼 In 5 days I was convinced that incredibly kind with big hearts people work here 🤍 I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Bhaktapur)

I wish I could give it more than 10/10 :) Really I enjoyed my stay. It is such a cozy hotel very near to Durbar Square. Super clean, comfortable beds, good WiFi.
