Friendly, helpful, attentive, and always available to answer questions and provide information. Great location near the city center with various shops nearby. All the facilities are very comfortable, and the hotel photos accurately reflect reality. The food and breakfasts are plentiful and good. I’ll definetly come back soon. We had an amazing stay. Staff are kind and friendly and the hotel is beautiful!! Dolakh (CEO of the Hotel) has been really helpful during our stay, taking care of every single detail to make us feel home. He is really passionate about what he does. He has his own travel company and organised a customised trip to the mountains according to our needs. Thank you for everything. We will be back for sure!
