The staff was very kind and helpful Nice working mini fridge, water heater and safety box 3 free water bottles every day was super helpful Breakfast was amazing Very good location in Thamel, walking distance to Kathmandu Durbar Square. We had the deluxe room with balcony, which was very spacious. The bed was enormous!, Great staff with a very helpful travel desk. Breakfast was better than at the other 2 hotels we stayed at in Kathmandu. Short walk to Thamel on a quiet street. Lovely view from the top, in-house spa and a small gym, restaurant/bar also with views (we didn't eat there though). Overall, excellent. I would come again if in Kathmandu.

Great hotel. Much more that I was thinking about. Stuff and CEO is very helpful and do all of their best to help you. Food was good in hotel. Room was comfortable, but remember, you have no heating in Nepal. So, you must use conditioner to heat the room. And you'll get one-way free transfer from or to airport. It was great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend. Location - in the historical center of Kathmandu.
