We had an amazing stay at Horizen. The location is perfect, rooms spotless, breakfast delicious and the hosts are sooo welcoming and friendly. Tansen is an unspoilt location, visited by only a small number of tourists, but would highly recommend adding the town (and a stay at Horizon) - 10/10 is the only rating you can give.

Bulbul Farm is the perfect place if you're looking for peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful people who will take care of you. We spent a good part of our time there with Aashish, Maya, Ganesh and Ashbin who welcomed us as if we were part of their family. The traditional Nepalese food was very good and hearty. The room was perfect for 2 people. If you want to go for a walk in Tansen, which is just a few minutes away by bus, Aashish will be happy to help you! The outside area is very large and perfect for relaxing close to nature. You can take a walk around the farm, relax in the hammock or enjoy a drink on the terrace. We highly recommend this place and hope we will come back soon !
