We traveled from Milford on our way to Dunedin and used Gore to break up the trip, this worked out well for us as we got to spend all day in Milford then dove through to Gore, spent the night and still got a lot of time in Dunedin the next day. So by doing this we almost gained a day on our holiday. Gore exceeded expectations as did the stable inn, they have set the benchmark on how to convert a garage into an awesome unit. Very well done, very clean and fresh. Highly recommend the stable inn.

We were welcomed by the owners on arrival who were so friendly and very welcoming. We had a beautiful en-suite room with doors out to a little patio area overlooking the beautiful garden and gorgeous views beyond - such a great setting! Tea and coffee was available in the shared kitchen/sitting room and there was fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast was in the pavilion, self service cereals and toast and fab coffee! A very comfy bed too it was a great night’s stay!
