Went to Caravan and Camper Show at Mystery Creek which was excellent. Also went to Raglan and visited a business in Auckland. Hamilton Gardens enclosed gardens were fun with good cafe. There were so many drug related people around the main...
There were so many drug related people around the main center and especially homeless people everywhere. I went to watch a cricket game at the Seddan Park and there were about 6 homeless people often asking for money. I felt unsafe walking around the park. I tried to go out for tea with cricket families and got harassed again by the huge amount of homeless people on the sidewalks and fights broke out on the street outside a restaurant that we were eating at. We left as cars were racing down the main road and it was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation outside. It was my first time staying in Hamilton and going out to eat, I will never go back again.Guest review byTimNew Zealand - 8.0

I love the big cotton towels, the big comfortable bed, the big sky tv, and how easy it was to access the lift right by the entrance and be up in my room in a flash. The staff were kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was yummy and the layout of the restaurant was spacious and friendly, overlooking the calm waters of the Waikato River. It was my first time to stay in an Ibis Hotel.
