Loved the walk out at the end of the peninsula and the abundance of seafood on offer. The boutique shops offered things not available in other places. The views out to the ocean were amazing. Went there for the dolphin cruise and wasn't disappointed! Very professional outfit, and we were lucky to score near perfect conditions and of course, the delightful dolphins! Only one night spent in Kaikoura as it was on our way Christchurch to leave NZ later the same day of the dolphin encounter (sadly).
