The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated in a modern minimalist style. The views on both sides were stunning and showed both the coast and the estuary. The landscaping around the property and the guest patio is beautiful and really enhanced the bungalow. The breakfast provisions were excellent quality and offered a wide range of Options. Beautiful cosy old cottage. Awesome place to relax. Highly recommended. My kids love the place too. Internet was good and kitchen has all the amenities including a BBQ grill.

Room catered to my needs on a cycling holiday. Excellent camp kitchen facilities. Pool was nice and hot. Staff provided extras that were needed without hesitation for the bunkhouse.

Loved the location, the views, hosts were so amazing. Cabin is so cute and perfect for over night stays. Private Guest bathroom is cute, but a walk up to the main house - didn’t bother us though - breath taking views.

Gorgeous location in a v leafy .ittle valley just outside Thames. A large house: upstairs the hosts' home, downstairs the B n B. A large, very nicely appointed lounge/dining room. Very comfortable chairs and sofas. A small neat kitchen area, well equipped. Self catering easily done. A healthy breakfast supplied. Three bedrooms. Mine was the smallest but quite adequate and comfortable. Shared bathroom was well appointed. Other guests were v pleasant. Helpful, welcoming hosts. Wifi worked well. Private on site parking.

On arrival I was given a tour of the place and a brief history before being shown to my room. It was spotlessly clean throughout. The room was comfortable and had all that I needed. Hot and cold water was available to make drinks. The breakfast was superb.

Surrounded by bushland Brookby Motel offers accommodation 5 minutes' walk from Thames shops, restaurants and cafes. Free car parking is available outside each room.

Very dedicated hosts, a beautifully furnished cottage that is spotlessly clean and equipped with many amenities. Excellent beds, a lovely balcony at the back with a babbling brook, abundant birdlife, and flowerbeds with large flowering plants. Located near a forested hiking area (Karaka Track).
