The house was lovely with little treats scattered around. I'd recommend having a bath if you can. The shower has great pressure. A nice mix of modern and cozy cottage feel. Definitely recommended for a family or friend group. Large enough to have your own space when needed.

Our accommodation was excellent, with a well supplied...

Our accommodation was excellent, with a well supplied kitchen.We could not have chosen a better place within easy walking of the town centre where be had a deightful meal. As we were travelling with our daughters they decided that quad bicles would be the ideal way of visiting nearby vinyards and tasting facilities. If we were able to visit Martinborough again we would get down to the coast and Cape Pallister.

Martinborough has some really good restaurants and cafés and...

Martinborough has some really good restaurants and cafés and some lovely shops to wander around. It is a friendly, clean and very pretty town. It is situated within very easy reach of a large number of vineyards, which can be easily reached by bikes hired from the town (it’s very flat!) The 3 vineyards that we visited had great tasting rooms and excellent restaurants.

Great little town.

Great little town. Brunch at Medici was a highlight (we went there twice!). Cool Change is fabulous spot for drinks and casual eats. Karahui Wine Bar was such a joy for dinner - service and food couldn't be faulted. One of our favourite activities is to cycle round the vineyards and enjoy wine tastings.

Martinborough is a beautiful town.

Martinborough is a beautiful town. Would definitely love to visit again and recommend to other travellers. Unfortunately, we initially booked the wrong accommodation at Martinborough motel which was horrible. We did however find alternate accommodation which was lovely.

Martinborough is one of our favourite places to visit.

Martinborough is one of our favourite places to visit. It's about an hour away from our home and it's a great spot for a weekend getaway. Vineyards to visit, gin tasting if you like, lovely bouquet stores. Local food isn't too bad either :)

I loved the friendly, relaxed vibe and the great places to eat and drink. The scenery is wonderful and the place is easy to walk, cycle or drive around. Ialso enjoyed the boutique type shops and places where you could buy something just a little bit different.

The Wine Shed has the class and finesse of a perfectly put together hotel suite rather than a BnB. Beautifully curated, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, this retreat exactly matched our design and style taste. The layout is just right for a small group of friends traveling together. The location is perfect amongst the vines - an easy stroll to town and close for all the best wineries. A rare find, such an enjoyable stay! Very highly recommended.

Great place for family gatherings. We had 7 of us adults in absolute comfort, with great outdoor space, large kitchen & lounge, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. About 10 mins walk to Martinborough Square, 15 mins to the Brewery and about 30 mins to Colombo.
