We choose this wonderful place, for our Tongariro passing tour. It's located in a strategic position from where you can visit many places in the region like the Tongariro National Park or the Waitomo Caves. Breakfast is lovely and the view is breathtaking.

We stayed at the farmstay for just one night but would definately come back for more nights. It is a lovely family house with an incredible nature landscape. Carol, the host, was very nice to us. Will surely come back when travelling again to NZ!

Very cute tiny house set in a rural setting very close to Taumarunui. The deck is sunny and private, and the wood fired hot tub is a lovely addition. While the interior is small, the connecting indoor/outdoor area is roomy and keeps lovely and warm with the heater. A lovely place to stop for a night, and the owner is very attentive and responsive.

Located next to McDonald's and only a 1-minute walk from the Ongarue River, shops and restuarants, Kelly's Motel offers rooms with a fully equipped kitchen.
