The small kitchen is very well appointed and the room is spacious and private with a deck overlooking the inlet. The bathroom is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

I've used this accomodation many times.
I've used this accomodation many times. It's easy to book and is at a reasonable price. I know you need to book early or in advance IN THE HOLIDAYS and when events are on. I booked online from the opononi Pub once. I was lucky to get a room that was available at the time. That's why booking on line is just as good as ringing up. Ownership is changing in July I hope the new owners can maintain the previous owners standards. Always willing to support the accommodation.Guest review byMarie - 8.0

We drove to the carpark & walked out to the Point. Lovely views. Spectacular Sand dunes. It was a stop over of 2 days so we could go & play GOLF. RAWENE. Easy to get around Opononi. Beautiful views of the harbour Beach is across the road from accommodation Fish & chips to die for Friendly people Rugged, natural, quiet & uncluttered beauty on the west coast. You don’t go to Opononi/Omapere to shop, its the place to go when you want to find peace, harmony & spirituality. Great spot, great views of the harbour where ever you stay. Nice restaurants, cafes and bars. Has a great little Four Square for shopping. We stayed here for the night as we wanted to do some walks in the Waipoua Forest to see the big Kauri trees. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Bed and pillows really comfy. View to die for and great deck for afternoon drinkies. Not too many places to eat to Opononi so we got some really nice take away from the Thai restaurant and bought it back to the deck overlooking the water with a bottle of wine - what more could you ask for.Guest review byRosAustralia
